Industrial Radars

Industrial Radars are used for  motion detection and act as a sensor for automatic door opening. Radars detects a person , fork lifts or trucks approaching and issue an open command to door opening systems. Radars are capable of discriminating between fixed and moving objects or between objects moving at different speeds for presence detection.

Lower frequency radars can see high dielectric objects very well including fork lift trucks, vehicles, human movement and cargo even in extreme weather conditions. Higher frequency radar can see a wider array of objects and will be more robust than an ultrasonic sensor in most applications, including outdoors. Radar-based sensors are also ideal for collision avoidance on board mobile equipment such as reach stackers, forklifts, and mining vehicles or port machinery.
