Description
The Swing Lip Dock Leveller, is the ideal solution for busy loading bay areas allowing for access across dissimilar heights.
The electro- hydraulic system moves the platform to the upper most position and then automatically swings the hinged lip up. The platform is then lowered until the hinged lip is placed on the truck bed. The lip acts as a bridge between the truck & the floor so that the items can be quickly and safely loaded and unloaded.
After finishing loading and unloading the platform is lifted, access ramp lowers down and takes up the vertical position, the platform returns to initial position. Installation can be performed by means of both embed and hanging method of mounting. Strong hinges and the continuous hinge band guarantee reliable functioning. The open design keeps the hinges free of dirt.
